Families, Children, and Youth
Kirk Kids
Children ages 3-10 participate in developmentally-appropriate storytelling, crafting, creating, Christian ritual, spiritual practice, and play in a space just for them, CHPC's Little Kirk.
Lessons are process-driven and Montessori-inspired. A repeating two year cycle covers the story of the Old Testament, the life of Jesus, the early church of the Bible, Christian belief, and spiritual practices for children and families.

Youth
Fun events for middle and high school youth are offered seasonally. There's also regular study and discussion around topics related to Scripture, faith, and current issues.
Confirmation is offered for middle school youth on a rolling basis.
Other Family Programs
At Vacation Bible School, held the second week of June, preschool and elementary school participants share a jam-packed morning of fun put on by adult and middle & high school youth volunteers. Registration opens in March.
Twice a year, CHPC Preschoolers participate in the Preschool Choir, performing in 10:30am Sunday Worship on the Fourth Sunday of Advent and Palm Sunday.
Childcare is regularly offered at 10:30am Sunday Worship. But children are always welcome in worship. A Children's Corner is available to the left side of our sanctuary for children to color, read, and participate.
